3. Use of Apple Health Data
Our iOS app uses Apple Health data to display customizable charts for users. This data remains on your device and is not shared with any third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We share your data with the following categories of third-party service providers, strictly for the purposes described in this policy:
AI Processing Providers
Photos and text you submit for analysis (food photos, body photos, meal descriptions) are transmitted securely to third-party AI providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, to deliver nutritional analysis and other AI-powered features. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
Payment Processors
Subscription purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. Purchases made through our website are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.
Analytics and Attribution Partners
We use services such as AppsFlyer and RevenueCat to understand how users find and interact with the app, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and manage subscriptions. These partners may receive device identifiers and usage data.
Advertising Platforms
We share device identifiers and aggregated usage data with advertising platforms (such as Meta) to deliver and measure the performance of personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's tracking settings.
We do not sell your personal health data (weight entries, food logs, body photos, Apple Health data) to third parties.
5. Advertising and Personalization
Good XP uses device identifiers, usage data, and general demographic information to serve personalized advertisements. This data helps us and our advertising partners show you ads that are more relevant to your interests.
You can control ad personalization through your iOS device: go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disable tracking for Good XP. You can also enable "Limit Ad Tracking" under Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
Disabling ad personalization does not remove ads from the app — it means the ads you see may be less relevant to you.
6. Children's Privacy
Good XP is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at thiago@goodxp.fun.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you request deletion of your account, your data (including photos, logs, and AI analysis results) will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you for analytics purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: the right to access and receive a copy of your data; the right to correct inaccurate information; the right to request deletion of your data; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent for data processing; and the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
