These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Good XP mobile application and services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Your use of Good XP is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://goodxp.fun/privacy-policy
1. Overview
Good XP provides tools for tracking health, fitness, and daily habits. Some features are available for free. Additional premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Good XP. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Good XP offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.
Subscription Billing
All purchases are billed to your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
Renewal
Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Managing and Canceling Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you subscribe to a paid plan. Trials convert automatically to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Web-Based Purchases (Stripe)
Certain subscription plans may be available for purchase through our website or in-app web checkout, processed by Stripe. For web-based purchases:
- Payment is charged to your provided payment method at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle
- You can manage or cancel web-based subscriptions through your Good XP account settings or by contacting us at thiago@goodxp.fun
- Refund requests for web-based purchases should be directed to thiago@goodxp.fun. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed except as required by applicable law
Lifetime Subscription ("Good OG")
The "Good OG" lifetime subscription is a one-time payment that grants you lifetime access to Good XP. "Lifetime" means for as long as Good XP exists and is actively maintained by us. This includes:
- Unrestricted use of all current and future features
- Up to 90 photo uploads for analysis per month
- Early access to new features and updates
- Permanent recognition in the app as a founding supporter
Lifetime subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If Good XP ceases operations or is no longer actively maintained, lifetime access will end. Lifetime subscriptions are only available during limited promotional periods and cannot be purchased after the promotional period ends.
4. Features and Modifications
We may update or modify features in the App at any time as part of our ongoing product improvement. Some features may change, evolve, or be replaced. Your subscription grants access to premium features as they exist during your active subscription period.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to use Good XP only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input into the app. The app does not provide medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical guidance.
Prohibited Conduct.
You agree not to:
- Submit inappropriate, offensive, sexually explicit, violent, or abusive content through the photo upload or any other feature
- Submit content depicting minors in any context unrelated to food logging
- Attempt to manipulate, deceive, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI analysis system
- Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm other users or Good XP staff
- Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the app or its content
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or infrastructure
Good XP reserves the right to review content submitted through the app (including photos and text) to enforce these terms and ensure the safety and integrity of our platform.
6. Health Disclaimer
Good XP is a wellness and lifestyle application. It is not a medical device. The information provided by the App is intended for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions related to your health.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, branding, and software within the App are owned by Good XP or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at thiago@goodxp.fun of any unauthorized use of your account. Good XP is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Termination by You.
You may stop using the app at any time. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your Apple ID settings (for App Store purchases) or through your Good XP account settings / by contacting us (for Stripe purchases). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Termination by Us.
Good XP reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Issue warnings for conduct that violates these Terms
- Temporarily suspend your account and access to the app
- Permanently terminate your account and refuse future service
- Remove or restrict access to any content you have submitted
We may take any of these actions if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in behavior that is harmful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate, or that your continued use of the app poses a risk to other users, our staff, our AI providers, or the integrity of our platform.
The determination of what constitutes a violation is at Good XP's sole discretion.
Effect of Termination.
If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period, except as required by applicable law. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before the termination date.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good XP and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
